Yes, walking is great to induce labor but just don't overdo it. Your condition is very critical now since you are already nearing your date of delivery. I pray to the Lord that He will keep you and Nigel safe and sound and that angels will watch and guide you in that precarious moment. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen. God bless you all.
i remember my mom when I used to walked with her few months before she gave birth to my youngest sister.
walking, she told me, helps a lot for her during the labor process. i have 2 brothers and 3 sisters, so my mom knows what she was talking about.
just like in any pre-labor exercise, just take it easy and have a lot of breaks or rest in between.
